20 Aug Health Nut Chocolate Bark
This is the best little snack to keep in the refrigerator! Its very simple to make, your topping choices are endless, and it last a long time! Its also pretty healthy for you too!
Directions: Choose any topping you wish.. I chose to use almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, dried pineapples and dried apricots.
Melt about 3 large chocolate bars in a small sauce pan on low heat and stir constantly, I love dark chocolate so thats what I chose. Then poor melted chocolate over parchment paper, scatter your toppings over melted chocolate and then put in freezer for about 30 minutes. Once the chocolate is hard then break the chocolate into large pieces of bark and Enjoy!! To store, place in plastic Tupperware with a lid and keep in refrigerator.
