Try this simple steamed Bok Choy dish! This quick and simple recipe is a perfect mid-day snack or a great side dish for dinner!
Braggs Natural Soy Sauce
Clean Bok Choy. Cut off end stems and chop Bok Choy into large chunks. Fill skillet with water, just enough to cover the bottom of the skillet. Bring water to a boil. Add chopped Bok Choy and drizzle Braggs Natural Soy Sauce all over the Bok Choy. Cover skillet for about 5 mins, while water and soy sauce are still boiling. After Bok Choy is somewhat tender turn off stove, remove top and sprinkle sesame seeds over bok Choy.
Then, grab some chopsticks and enjoy! Yep…its as easy as that!!
