13 Jul Recipe:: Arugula and Fig Spread Pizza
This is a delicious and very simple pizza to make! All of the different flavors in this pizza make it taste as if it came out of a gourmet kitchen and the best part of all, its so easy to prepare!! Trust me, I had never made a pizza before and I could not believe how good (and Pretty!) it came out. Between the sweet taste of the balsamic and the salty taste of the prosciutto and the cheesy mozzarella its an awesome pizza!
Pizza Dough, Flour
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Jar of Fig Spread Jam
Arugula, Balsamic, Olive oil, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Prepare your pizza dough by kneading it and cover with flour if it gets too sticky. Once you have laid your dough out and placed it on a baking dish or pizza stone, then coat the dough in a Fig Spread Jam. Once you have done that, then place slices of fresh mozzarella on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Once the pizza is done, then place the prosciutto on top while the pizza is still hot. Grab a large handful of Arugula, enough to cover pizza then drizzle Olive oil, Balsamic, Squeezed lemon and Salt & Pepper on top. Then enjoy your Awesome pizza you just made!!
